So, my shoulder still hurts and now my boyfriend has the flu. Seriously. Ehhhhck.

 

But! I did get to make some homemade chicken noodle soup for him, and daaaaamn was it good.  I skipped a step and bought a rotisserie chicken to cut up and put in it, threw in a few carrots for mine, a bunch of linguine noodles broken into thirds. Add your own spices! Delicious! I’m still waiting until the pain in my shoulder goes away before I’m gonna go back to the gym. I am gonna take the dog on a longer walk tonight to make up for some of that though.  =)
