I got new shoes, they suck and hurt my feet…so I’ve been wearing my shape-ups instead, I hate them too. If I don’t twist an ankle or break one then my ankles have a guardian angel of their own.

This last week I’ve gotten back in to going to the gym.

Last Thursday I did 31 minutes on the Elliptical with a 5 min cool down. The following Saturday I did 5 miles on the Elliptical and 5 on the Bike. Sunday I did 6 miles on the Bike. This Tuesday was 31 minutes and 5 minute cool down on the Elliptical again. Yesterday I took my dog on a long walk, was at least 1.6 miles according to Google.

So I’m getting there….

I’d like to start having some kind of fruit juice or vegetable juice a day, freshly juiced. For my birthday I got a nice juicer of my own so I can get the freshest and tastiest juice! Now I just have to find recipes with the green vegetables that don’t taste nasty!

Next on my list of things to do: Get another pair of new shoes – good ones. Have fresh juice at least a couple times a week until comfortable with daily – drink up me hearties yo ho!
