Yesterday I didn’t go to the gym after class.  I know I said I wanted to push push push for getting into the habit of going to the gym everyday but…sometimes you  need a break.  Just make sure you have a legitimate reason for needing the break.  For instance, my left shoulder is kicking my butt.  I’m not sure if I slept on it wrong or what, for a week it has been sore and hurting and my collar bone on that side has been in pain if I touch it.  It was getting better…yesterday I went to reach for my cell phone while sitting in bed and the motion caused immense pain and now my shoulder is hurting even more!  I’m going to ice it when I get home and if it doesn’t start getting better I’m going to go to the doctor and get it checked out.  Probably just a pulled muscle or something, but rather safe than sorry.
