Journey to Health
With people who have a risk of diabetes (me), really need to watch their sugar intake. This is really a hard task because everything has sugar in it! But you can try to use these two alternatives to sugar when having iced-tea, eating one of my special desserts etc.
Stevia is a sugar substitute that claims to have natural sugars and is better for you.
Truvia is very similar to Stevia. Both are sold at your local grocery stores like Safeway and Wal-mart.
