Ooo Banana!
Most of last week I ate a banana for breakfast, and I felt pretty good doing that. So I decided I should start each day with a banana or piece of fruit.
Today I have a banana and a Muscle Milk Light Chocolate. The Muscle Milk is ok, it kind of has a coconut taste to me…I’m not sure that I’m going to continue to get it. I think I would like to try some different shakes and find one that fits my tastes a little more.
