			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I got new shoes, they suck and hurt my feet&#8230;so I&#8217;ve been wearing my shape-ups instead, I hate them too. If I don&#8217;t twist an ankle or break one then my ankles have a guardian angel of their own.</p>
<p>This last week I&#8217;ve gotten back in to going to the gym.</p>
<p>Last Thursday I did 31 minutes on the Elliptical with a 5 min cool down. The following Saturday I did 5 miles on the Elliptical and 5 on the Bike. Sunday I did 6 miles on the Bike. This Tuesday was 31 minutes and 5 minute cool down on the Elliptical again. Yesterday I took my dog on a long walk, was at least 1.6 miles according to Google.</p>
<p>So I&#8217;m getting there&#8230;.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d like to start having some kind of fruit juice or vegetable juice a day, freshly juiced. For my birthday I got a nice juicer of my own so I can get the freshest and tastiest juice! Now I just have to find recipes with the green vegetables that don&#8217;t taste nasty!</p>
<p>Next on my list of things to do: Get another pair of new shoes &#8211; good ones. Have fresh juice at least a couple times a week until comfortable with daily &#8211; drink up me hearties yo ho!</p>

The bottle itself is great, the shakes I got to go with it are gross.   A good friend of mine mentioned that the Slim Fast shakes are actually quite good now, so I decided to try them! I&#8217;ve had about a shake a day for breakfast, sometimes with fruit &#8211; for over a week.  They are pretty good, kind of like thick chocolate milk.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I really feel counter productive at this point.  I was giving my dog a bath and I stood up while I was crouched under the facet and ended up with a inch-inch 1/2 gash on my lower back.  I think it is starting to heal but I don&#8217;t want to cause it to break open and scar more so I haven&#8217;t been very active the last few days.   Sometimes it feels like you&#8217;re counter productive when accidents like these keep happening.  But I&#8217;m keeping my hopes up and I&#8217;m going to continue this journey.</p>

<p>I also found this cute little poodle in the middle of my apartment complex&#8217;s courtyard and am currently trying to find her owners.  She&#8217;s not chipped, has no tags but is so sweet.  I put up some ads on some pet sites, Craigslist, and put some little posters up around my neighborhood.  So far the only people to contact me want the dog for themselves, one even bribed me!  The nerve, it sickens me that people out there are so cold-hearted.  I understand wanting a dog for yourself, but to practically steal it from someone else? Ridiculous and dishonest are two words that come to mind.</p>
<p>Anyways, my hopes are high that I will find the owners soon, this little girl has to be well loved as she is a snuggle bug.   I&#8217;m also in the middle of the dreaded &#8220;Finals Week&#8221; &#8211; everything is pretty much done however.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday I didn&#8217;t go to the gym after class.  I know I said I wanted to push push push for getting into the habit of going to the gym everyday but&#8230;sometimes you  need a break.  Just make sure you have a legitimate reason for needing the break.  For instance, my left shoulder is kicking my butt.  I&#8217;m not sure if I slept on it wrong or what, for a week it has been sore and hurting and my collar bone on that side has been in pain if I touch it.  It was getting better&#8230;yesterday I went to reach for my cell phone while sitting in bed and the motion caused immense pain and now my shoulder is hurting even more!  I&#8217;m going to ice it when I get home and if it doesn&#8217;t start getting better I&#8217;m going to go to the doctor and get it checked out.  Probably just a pulled muscle or something, but rather safe than sorry.</p>

<p>I did yawn a few times but I just took some deep breathes every time it happened and it stopped.</p>
<p>I did 30 minutes on the treadmill with a 2 minute cool down.  I&#8217;m trying to get back into the swing of things without causing my body to hate me immediately.  I know that if I am to accomplish the goals I have set, it takes time.</p>
